Sponsorship Packages

Match Day Programme
Match day programmes are sold to some 200 members, supporters and visitors on the gate before 1st XV home games throughout the season. Programmes are a cost effective way of putting information about your company in front of many decision makers, whether they are executives, directors, professionals or business owners, from the East Midlands during the season.

Pitch side boards
An additional method of presenting information about your company to all visitors to the club throughout the season including those attending Colts and Minis and Juniors matches and tournaments which number several thousands.

All boards are standardized in dimensions, materials and print finish. Improved visibility and impact can be achieved by multiple board locations.

Match day sponsorships
A very popular and cost effective way to entertain clients and ensure an enjoyable day out. Sponsors guests arrive some 2 hours before kick-off ensuring parking availability in the clubs car park in time to enjoy a pre-match meal and drinks before the game.

Exclusive match day sponsorship £500
Includes meals for 25 guests, additional meals are available at £9.95 per head up to a maximum of 54

Shared match day sponsorship £250
Includes meals for 16 guests, additional meals are available for £9.95 per head. Early booking is recommended for match sponsorship as there are a fixed number of home league matches each season.

Player sponsorship £150
The 1st XV squad is featured in each match day program and sponsor identified.

All sponsors appear in the Sponsors section of the Derby RFC website and are eligible for preferential rates when hiring the flexible and cost effective Haslams venue for corporate functions such as meetings, training, product launches or entertainment etc.

All main sponsors contributing £1000+ for a season feature on the Derby RFC website home page. In addition if their sponsorship includes pitch side boards these are given preferential locations facing the club’s 100 space car park.
